Give and Take is a single by Winter Wayfarer, featuring the B-side track, "See You on the Other Side."

"Give and Take" was partially written in 2019, never having a completed pre-production version. In 2020, the recording began for the song and was further and finally written in the recording process. This song was initially written with the intention to be a very simple, bare-bones kind of rock track. It ended up being the most intense and monstrous session I've built, having over 120 tracks, 41 of which are vocals.

"See You on the Other Side" was the first song I wrote in 2021, in early January. This song went through a pre-production phase and was fully recorded in 2022. Additionally, this song was the fastest, easiest song I've ever mixed; I had mixed this song in one sitting, with only two minor mix revisions to follow, making this a three day process before being sent off for mastering.

Without spoiling too much of a surprise, these two songs will be a glimpse at what will be a much larger studio project that we in Winter Wayfarer are beyond thrilled to share with you in the near future.
